Before Work Begins

Orders may be canceled for a full refund before any work has started.

After Work Has Started

Once development has begun, refunds may be issued only for the unfinished portion of the project, at our sole discretion.

Completed Projects

Completed and delivered digital products or custom development services are generally non-refundable.

Subscription Services

Monthly subscriptions may be canceled at any time and will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
