Payments

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of the completed project is transferred to the client unless otherwise specified.

Nova Studio retains ownership of any internal tools, frameworks, libraries, and reusable code used during development.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and project requirements.

Limitation of Liability
